Byrna – BM68949 – Laser Sight Red – Stainless Steel – Black

The Byrna BM68949 Red Laser Sight is a compact aiming accessory designed to enhance target alignment and provide a clear visual reference for compatible Byrna launchers. Featuring a bright red laser, durable stainless steel housing, and a rechargeable power system, this accessory combines practical functionality with a streamlined design. It is intended for users seeking a convenient aiming aid that integrates with compatible Byrna pistol and rifle launcher platforms. Designed with ease of use in mind, the Byrna red laser sight offers a straightforward installation process and a compact profile that complements the launcher without unnecessarily complicating its configuration. Its bright laser provides a visible aiming reference, helping users align their launcher with a designated target. Visibility varies with lighting conditions, target distance, and the surrounding environment, so actual performance may differ from the manufacturer’s stated visibility range. The BM68949 features a stainless steel laser housing designed to provide enhanced longevity during regular use. This robust construction helps protect the laser assembly while maintaining a compact form factor suitable for compatible launcher configurations. Its practical design emphasizes a balance of durability, convenience, and straightforward operation. The red laser is rated at 3 mW, providing a distinct aiming point for visual reference. Byrna lists visibility of up to 200 meters in daylight under suitable conditions; however, actual visibility depends on ambient light, surface characteristics, and other environmental factors. As with any laser aiming accessory, the beam should be handled responsibly, and users should follow the manufacturer’s safety instructions at all times. Convenience is a central feature of the Byrna BM68949. Its built-in rechargeable battery is powered through a USB-C charging connection, eliminating the need to routinely replace disposable batteries. The manufacturer specifies up to two hours of continuous operating time on a full charge, although actual runtime may vary with operating conditions and battery performance. An automatic shutoff feature helps conserve battery power when the laser is not intended to remain active. This functionality supports more efficient power management and reduces unnecessary battery consumption. The included USB-C charging cable makes recharging convenient, while the supplied adjustment tools support installation and setup.
