This model features a 4.50″ full-tang drop-point blade made of CPM S35VN—a “super steel” celebrated for its exceptional toughness, wear resistance, and corrosion resistance, offering improved chipping performance and easier sharpening compared to S30V. The stonewash-finished blade is heat-treated to a Rockwell hardness of 59–60 RC, striking an ideal balance between edge retention and sharpenability. Mounted on a traditional Canvas Micarta handle in tan, the ESEE-4P35V provides a secure, ergonomic grip that holds firm in wet conditions. The handle is fastened with recessed screws, featuring a rounded, exposed pommel with a lanyard hole for versatile carry and use. The package includes a high-quality injection-molded polymer (Zytel) sheath with a clip plate, compatible with both left- and right-side belt carry up to 2″. This pancake-style sheath breathes, secures the knife tightly (loosening slightly after repeated draws), and is available in black for this model.
