VOC – YC-9114 – Neck Knife – Fixed Blade Knife – 3Cr13 SS Stonewash Karambit – G10 – Natural

The VOC YC-9114 is a compact neck knife designed around a small, lightweight footprint and a distinctive karambit-style blade profile. Measuring just 2 5/8 inches overall, this knife is sized for discreet everyday carry while retaining the functional characteristics associated with a fixed-blade design. Its compact dimensions make it particularly well suited to users who prefer a minimal carry option that can remain readily accessible without the bulk of a traditional full-size fixed blade. The YC-9114 features a 1-inch blade made from 3Cr13 stainless steel. This commonly used stainless steel is valued for its combination of corrosion resistance, ease of maintenance, and practical cutting performance. The blade is ground in a karambit style, giving the knife a curved, distinctive appearance that sets it apart from conventional compact neck knives. A stonewashed finish covers the blade, providing a subdued appearance while helping make minor surface wear and handling marks less conspicuous over time. The handle is also constructed from 3Cr13 stainless steel and carries a stonewashed/natural finish that complements the blade. With the handle and blade sharing the same stainless-steel construction, the YC-9114 presents a cohesive, utilitarian design rather than relying on separate scale materials or elaborate embellishments. Its compact dimensions make the knife easy to carry as part of a lightweight everyday-carry setup. A Kydex sheath is included to provide a secure storage and carry solution for the fixed blade. Kydex is a rigid thermoplastic material frequently used for knife sheaths because it is lightweight, durable, resistant to moisture, and capable of maintaining its shape during repeated use. For a neck knife of this size, the sheath is an important part of the overall package, allowing the compact blade to be carried in a dedicated protective enclosure.
